Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? A welcoming and inclusive school in Telford is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team this September. This long-term role is ideal for someone who wants to make a meaningful difference in a supportive environment where every child is valued and encouraged to thrive.

What you'll be doing:

• Providing 1:1 or small group support for pupils with a range of SEN needs

• Assisting the class teacher with lesson planning and differentiated activities

• Supporting pupils with emotional regulation and behaviour management

• Monitoring progress and feeding back to staff and parents

• Creating a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience supporting children with SEN (in school or care settings)

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

• Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support (desirable but not essential)
